Released in 1982 on 12 inch and 7 inch single via Emergency Records subsidiary Brite Lite Records this is just one of a number of Mark IV records.
The Mark IV's 12 inch release of this song is a different mix to the much rarer 7 inch issue of this record. On the 12 the bass is far heavier and the vocals aren't so prominent and the overall song sounds like an 80s recording. On the 7 inch issue the song has much more of a 1970s feel about it.
Another one of their better releases is "Signs of a dying love" on OTB Records from 1976.
